Viral Cushion Review!

· Fashion Team
Hi guys! I’m back with another cushion review, especially for those of you who love trying viral base makeup products like I do. Cushions have become a staple in my makeup routine because they are practical and easy to use.
In this review, I will share my honest thoughts on several viral cushions I have tried recently. Let’s see if they really live up to the hype!
1. Rose All Day The Realest Lightweight Essence Cushion (Shade Light)
This cushion has a velvet matte finish while still looking skin-like and feeling lightweight on the face. It offers medium to full coverage and can effectively cover blemishes and dark spots. The puff is comfortable to use and does not absorb too much product. In terms of longevity, it lasts up to about 5 hours before my skin starts to get oily. It transfers slightly onto a mask, but this is still quite normal.
2. Rollover Reaction PLUMP! Skin Loving Blurring Cushion (Shade Buttermilk)
This cushion has a satin finish that feels hydrating while still being lightweight on the skin. For combination to oily skin, setting it with loose powder is recommended to make it last longer. The puff is comfortable, although it tends to absorb a bit more product. With setting powder, it can last up to around 5 hours before oil starts to show. It does transfer slightly onto a mask, but still within a normal range.
3. ESQA Flawless Cushion Serum (Shade Granola)
This cushion also has a satin finish and provides good hydration, but it feels slightly heavier on my skin. The coverage is medium to full, but applying two layers can make it look quite obvious that you are wearing cushion foundation. It gives a smooth finish at first, but may not be ideal if you prefer a very natural, bare-skin look.
Overall, each cushion has its own strengths depending on skin type and preference. If you prefer a lightweight matte finish, Rose All Day is a great choice. If you like a hydrating satin finish, Rollover Reaction works well when set properly with powder. ESQA is better for those who want higher coverage, although it feels a bit heavier. I hope this review helps you decide which viral cushion is worth trying for your makeup routine!
