Lykkers, finding a good eyeliner feels a bit like finding a good friend—it needs to be reliable, easy to work with, and still be there at the end of a long day.

I've tried quite a few eyeliners over the years, and while some looked great for the first hour, they didn't survive the rest of the day. These three have been in my makeup rotation recently, and each one has something I really enjoy.

1. Barenbliss Eyeliner — 9.5/10

This eyeliner quickly became one of my favorites because it's so beginner-friendly. The tip feels precise, making it easy to create anything from a tiny wing to a more dramatic look. I especially appreciate how smoothly it glides across the lash line without skipping or dragging. What impressed me most was the staying power. Once it sets, it stays looking neat for hours without fading too much throughout the day.

2. Dear Me Beauty Eyeliner — 9/10

This is usually the eyeliner I reach for when I want a quick and effortless makeup look. The formula applies smoothly, and the color appears nicely on the first swipe. I don't have to spend extra time going over the same area repeatedly, which is always a plus during busy mornings. I also like how lightweight it feels. Some eyeliners can feel heavy throughout the day, but this one stays comfortable. My only small issue is that I occasionally wish it lasted just a little longer on extra busy days. Still, it's a solid everyday eyeliner that I genuinely enjoy using.

3. Jacquelle Eyeliner — 9/10

Jacquelle's eyeliner surprised me in a good way. The formula is easy to control, which is important because eyeliner is probably the one makeup step I can still mess up even after years of practice. The tip helps create neat lines without requiring too much effort.

What I enjoy most is how natural the finished look can be. Some days I only use a thin line along my lashes, and it instantly makes my eyes look more defined.

Each of these eyeliners has earned its place in my makeup bag, but Barenbliss has definitely become my current favorite. It's the one I instinctively grab whenever I want an eyeliner look that I know won't let me down.
